UK Delivery Information We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days from order, some selected items may take a little longer. A standard delivery charge of £10.00 will be added to your order which is including postage and packaging. Repairs and Spares Multi-Tech Innovations Limited are dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. We will be happy to replace or repair any item's that are faulty free of charge if it displays a manufacturing fault after 15 days and within the warranty period. You will be charged for repairs if Please affix your delivery note /Invoice & a copy of your credit card receipt as proof of purchase to the Warranty. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item's to us will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods).
