The DEFENDER is a multi-function Secure Printer Tray Lock which can be fitted on most of the Hewlett Packard Printer range. The DEFENDER also works with the Multiple Input paper Tray bin for the Hewlett Packard 9000MFP's and the Hewlett Packard Colour LaserJet 8550. The DEFENDER will also secure other paper trays such as the Rutishuser / EIT Input paper trays , it does not end there with this great product it can secure and lock your filing cabinets and cupboards, in fact the DEFENDER can be used on any flat surface to lock any drawer, tray or even doors.
The DEFENDER can be installed on almost any printer’s flat surface to lock most printer trays as well as the toner compartment. It comes assembled with the base and lock housing together with various keying options. Which is ideal for libraries, University's and Corporate companies. This lock also prevents the removal of the printer motherboard. The installation takes less that 5 minutes and can be installed by the customer, helping to reduce on installation costs. The criteria for this lock is that there needs to be one EIO slot available. At the moment this lock is only for the LJ9000/LJ9050. Other printer tray locks are available on request. |
